Authors can publish their work and associated data in their institutional repository; as well as in thematic repositories. Furthermore, the maximum dissemination of said works through the Internet and social networks of any of the versions (pre-print, post-print and editor's version) is recommended.

Revista UGC (RUGC), focuses on disseminating its content and making it accessible through indexing services. All works published by RUGC are archived in the University Research Repository, which guarantees the long-term preservation of published documents, as well as the dissemination and collection of works through OAI-PMH.
