Abstract
Estimados autores:
El Consejo Editorial de la Revista UGC, de la Universidad del Golfo de California, tiene el gusto de presentarles el volumen 3, número 2, del cuatrimestre mayo-agosto de 2025. Constituye un momento para destacar la importancia del crecimiento económico y el desarrollo social sostenible.
El crecimiento económico y el desarrollo social sostenible tienen como objetivo la búsqueda de una sociedad próspera y justa. De hecho, el desarrollo económico sostenible es reconocido como un derecho humano inalienable por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas. Alcanzar el desarrollo sostenible requiere interrelacionar tres elementos: el crecimiento económico, la inclusión social y la protección del medioambiente, donde la mejora económica no se haga a costa del bienestar social y del medio ambiente. Se trata de alcanzar un equilibrio que permita un crecimiento inclusivo y responsable, donde la riqueza se distribuya equitativamente y se protejan los recursos naturales para las futuras generaciones.
Sirva este número para reconocer la importancia de las aportaciones hechas desde los diferentes contextos para alcanzar un crecimiento económico y un desarrollo social sostenible, inclusivo, equitativo y que respete el medio ambiente para lograr una sociedad próspera y justa a largo plazo.
El Consejo Editorial de la Revista UGC, abre su convocatoria a todos los docentes e investigadores que deseen enviar sus manuscritos para futuros números.
