Contemporary challenges of legal creation in the algorithmic era: ethical and authorial implications
Keywords:
Artificial intelligence, copyright, legal ethics, digital works, algorithmic creationAbstract
The progressive integration of artificial intelligence into the legal field has profoundly reshaped how legal knowledge is created, analyzed, and disseminated. Within this dynamic, ethical and normative debates arise concerning authorship of digital legal works generated with algorithmic assistance. This paper explores how the involvement of intelligent systems influences originality, intellectual responsibility, and legal legitimacy in juridical production. It further examines current regulatory gaps in a context where human judgment coexists with automated operations. Legal reflection becomes crucial to ensure the protection of the rights of those who contribute to the doctrinal and regulatory construction process aided by technology. The study concludes by proposing ethical and legal guidelines aimed at fostering a responsible use of artificial intelligence in the development of legal content.
