Methodological guidelines for argumentative construction and technical writing in legal discourse

Accuracy in argumentation and clarity in drafting are fundamental pillars of effective legal discourse. A well-structured legal text not only facilitates understanding of facts and applicable rules, but also strengthens the legitimacy of judicial decisions and the defense of rights. The development of sound arguments requires a rigorous methodology that integrates legal logic, regulatory analysis, and command of technical language. Likewise, text structure must adhere to principles of coherence, hierarchy of ideas, and alignment with procedural context. Training in these competencies is essential in both professional practice and academia, as it contributes to improving the quality of the judicial system. Strengthening these skills helps to avoid ambiguity, substantiate legal positions with solidity, and promote justice that is accessible and understandable to all actors within the legal system.
