Justice within the legal framework: A theoretical analysis

This study focuses on analyzing the concept of justice in legal theory, aiming to contribute knowledge about the basic concepts and how they are exercised in legal practice. Theoretical and empirical research methods were used, including documentary analysis, semi-structured interviews, and historical review. The results indicated that justice is a fundamental pillar of the legal system, and its correct application depends on a clear understanding of its concept and the efficiency of the judicial system. It was concluded that having a clear concept of justice and a fair judicial system is essential to avoid violations and ensure effective application of justice.
