Prosthetic rehabilitation is essential for restoring masticatory, phonetic, and aesthetic functions in edentulous and partially edentulous patients. This qualitative research, based on a systematic literature review, aims to propose standardized clinical protocols for complete, removable, and fixed prosthodontics. Twelve high-impact scientific articles analyzing contemporary clinical and technological advancements were selected. As a result, three comprehensive protocols were designed to structure each critical phase of treatment: from impression-taking and maxillomandibular relationship records to final cementation or placement. These guidelines integrate cutting-edge technologies such as CAD/CAM digital workflows, alongside criteria for biocompatibility, ergonomics, and marginal precision. The proposal includes flowcharts designed to optimize practical implementation in clinical and laboratory settings. It is concluded that the standardization of these procedures, under an evidence-based approach, enhances the quality of restorations, reduces technical error margins, and promotes more efficient, patient-centered dental care.
