About the Journal

The Revista UGC (RUGC) of the Universidad del Golfo de California is a refereed scientific publication that publishes unpublished articles that address the development of science in a multidisciplinary manner with a quarterly frequency; in the months of January, May and September.

The Journal publishes, in open access, original research papers that, due to their rigor, originality and added value, contribute, from a multidisciplinary perspective, to disseminate new contributions; and consolidate and develop the different areas of knowledge.

For the selection of articles, the Open Peer Review method is used, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are known. The journal provides Open Access to its content on the principle of making research freely available and supporting greater global knowledge sharing. In the Revista UGC, the submission of articles is free of charge. Nor for editing or publishing them in open access (APC). The necessary financing for the publication is provided by the Universidad del Golfo de California.

The Journal has an Editorial Board, which includes recognized national and international experts who guarantee the quality of each number published.

Focus and scope

The Revista UGC disseminates research results that are generated in a multidisciplinary way in Mexico and other parts of the world.

Public to which it is directed

The Journal is aimed at students, teachers and researchers who investigate related thematic lines.
