The optimization and expansion of Frutilandia in the ice cream market of the Santa Rosa neighborhood in Caluma, Ecuador, proved essential to maintain its competitiveness and promote sustainable growth. The main objective of this study was to evaluate operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and local growth opportunities. A mixed methodology was applied, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses, through surveys directed at Frutilandia's customers and employees, to understand their needs, preferences, and the effectiveness of internal processes. The results revealed strengths in service quality and product perception, as well as opportunities for innovation in inventory management and product variety. Based on these findings, strategies were designed to optimize the customer experience and reinforce internal operations, including the adoption of management technologies and the enhancement of staff training. In conclusion, the implementation of this strategic plan can consolidate Frutilandia as a reference in the local ice cream market, boosting customer satisfaction and fostering long-term sustainability.
