Family education and climate change in Cuban goat herding environments

The topic of the essay is Family education in the face of climate change, in Cuban goat herding environments, through this educational process, families must be prepared and possible effects associated with climate change must be prevented. The objective of the essay is to explain the importance of family education in the aforementioned environments, through an analytical methodological conceptual approach. As a proposition of the essay, the authors' ideas are reflected and presented, based on prior research on the topic and observation in the social environment. As the main argument for the discussion in the essay, the convenience of an educational social intervention that integrates knowledge to avoid possible negative impacts caused by unsustainable agricultural practices and, when considering the importance of goat grazing as a livelihood for families, has been found. and for the achievement of food sovereignty. The final proposition of the essay is summarized in the recommendations for conducting the intervention, as well as the proposals for arguments to discuss the intervention in family education in pastoral settings and a summary of the proposal for the intervention process in family education. The essay concludes with the fulfillment of the objectives of the study by solving the problem, in correspondence with the findings of the research, so the proposal promotes a rational use of the resources available in the family environment, with a focus pedagogical oriented towards sustainability and productivity to achieve food sovereignty.
